The Centre Commitment guarantees that students will have an internship, participate in study abroad or gain a research opportunity, and graduate in four years.
Internships
The Center for Career and Professional Development (CCPD) works directly with students to help locate and apply to summer and school-year internships. There are internship funding programs to help support Centre Term and summer internships.
Study Abroad
Seventy-nine percent of our students study abroad at least once, making us a top three school nationally for study abroad. Our faculty go abroad too, allowing them to live on site and share their knowledge of the region and plan trips and activities. Gifts made to the study abroad program help students become better global citizens in more ways than we can count!
Undergraduate Research
Supporting undergraduate research at Centre College empowers students to engage in hands-on, faculty-mentored projects that foster critical thinking, innovation and academic excellence. Your gift provides essential funding, ensuring students gain valuable experience that prepares them for graduate study and meaningful careers.
